• Work proceeds according to the written estimate accepted by the customer.
• Any changes to scope requested by the customer after work has begun may result in additional charges, which will be discussed before additional work is performed.
• It is the customer's responsibility to identify and disclose the locations of underground utilities, septic systems, and other buried infrastructure before we begin any digging. We are not liable for damage to undisclosed buried infrastructure.
• Obtaining any necessary permits is the responsibility of the property owner unless we have explicitly agreed in writing to handle permitting.
• Payment is due as specified in the written estimate. We reserve the right to stop work if payments are not made on schedule.

6. Intellectual Property
